For outdoor classes: If the class is cancelled due to rain or heat, classes will be held indoors unless the location doesn't have an indoor option. If there is no indoor location available, families will need to schedule a makeup class using the makeup scheduler during the semester. Families who miss individual classes can also make them up using our online class scheduler. There will be no refunds or credits offered for missed classes.

For Backyard classes: Decisions regarding weather cancellations will be made by the teacher and the host. If a cancellation is necessary, the host and teacher will do their best to arrange a make up class within the same week the class cancelled. There will be one additional rain date that can be added to the end of the semester if needed.
